BCC is a big European electronics retailer. The logo images an European style electronic wall plug. The plug is stylized in such a manner that it only reads as a wall socket, but also as the head of a person, with eyes, ears and a chin.
A European wall socket, most commonly used in Germany and The Netherlands.
